An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our newly formed Data and Evaluation Department. Adferiad Recovery are embarking on a new Data, Insight and CRM delivery plan, to maximise our data as an asset, create an insight driven culture and modernise our ways of working.

This is a new and exciting role and is based in Llansamlet, Swansea; however, as Adferiad provide services across all counties in Wales, some travel may be required. Working within a team of Data and IT colleagues, this role is an exciting opportunity for those interested in a career within the analytical profession, who are passionate about accuracy, consistency and attention to detail, with proven knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and data protection, focusing on data quality. This role will be instrumental in proving quality data analysis and demonstrating the impact of the Charity in all aspects.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide a data quality and support service to the Organisation including, but not limited to, working across multiple databases and systems, extracting and creating reports, data input and management, troubleshooting, and all aspects of administration relating to data.

Working across various systems including multiple databases within the Organisation and supporting all aspects of data management.

Implement and perform baseline data quality assessments to ensure that data is fit for purpose, and update supporting documentation as and when required.

Perform data entry where required and carry out quality assurance to ensure data is fit for purpose.

Producing timely and accurate reports across a range of systems, including data export, to support all services/departments within the Organisation.

Producing routine and ad hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and validity of the information provided to Management within the Organisation.

Supporting the team in the promotion and implementation of digital ways of working.

Supporting all colleagues across the Organisation to assist with any data queries, investigate causes of data issues and support the implementation of solutions. Working with and providing general support to the Data team with the implementation process of any new systems.

Working with the DPO to support the Data Protection function within the Organisation including the administration of Subject Access Requests and all other key features of the Data Protection Act 2018.

**Person Criteria**:

- A level, or equivalent
- Previous experience of working with databases/Management Information Systems
- Experience of using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,680.90 per year

- Monday to Friday
