W.H. Bowker was established in 1919 and remain a family-owned logistics operator. Providing over 1.2 million ft2 of warehousing across 10 strategically location distribution centre, the fleet consists of over 225 vehicles and 450 trailers.

**About the site**

Bowker’s Selby Distribution Centre in North Yorkshire consists of 24,500 pallet locations and offers high quality racked warehousing designed for multi-line order picking. The well-maintained BRC accredited facilities also include block stacking for bulk storage, secure external compounds and purpose designed food grade facilities across 25,000 m2.

**About the role**

**Warehouse pick & packing (Twinning)**

Opportunities have arisen in our warehouse operation. We are looking to grow the team, to assist in moving the business forward.
- Maintaining a high level of housekeeping
- Restacking of pallets (Working to individual targets)
- Adhering to health and safety protocols
- Communicating with team members and office staff
- Attention to detail
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Good communication
- Ability to work within a team or on your own.
- Manual handling experience
- A good attitude to work.

**Rates of pay, shift patterns & benefits**
- **£445.12 per week / £11.87 per hour**:

- Monday - Friday / 7.5 hrs working day / 30 mins lunch.
- Bonus pallets (Paid at £7 per pallet after target has been achieved)
- 08.00-16.00
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Company Sick Pay
- Pension
- Overtime Available when needed.
- Optional staff events throughout the year (Football, Golf, Fishing, Walking & Cycling)
