My client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their expanding team. You will work in modern offices with parking available Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm with one-hour lunch. Salary £21 - 25k depending upon experience and knowledge. It will be a fast paced administration role with a variety of duties requiring good attention to detail and to be completed in a timely manner. It can be very busy and challenging at certain times due to the nature of the business and it's needs.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Sales Invoices
- Answering the telephone
- Booking Deliveries in when they arrive & logging onto the system
- Typing Expenses
- Assisting with logging equipment in for Engineers
- Sending supplier statements
- Sending any returns back to suppliers & logging them onto the system
- Raising purchase orders
- Signing deliveries on goods received
- Sending Keyholder forms (when requested on any new jobs)
- Remotely assisting in general admin duties supporting the Head Office
- Filing
- Responsible for opening and closing office (keyholder) on occasions
- General up keep of the office such as ordering stationery, cleaning supplies etc.,
- Supporting the Directors, Regional Account Managers and Engineers
