Principal Planner (Hybrid)

**Fox Morris Group** are currently looking **for Principal Planner** (Interim Executive) in the **Derbyshire area**

The Contract is **long-term**

**Your role will induce**

Hybrid working - will be expected to attend site meetings when necessary and team meetings (but can arrange for team meetings these to be online if needed)
- Monitoring and performance of a programme of projects as set out in the Service and Team Plans.
- Manage the delivery of a number of cross departmental and partnership projects, working with multiple partners and stakeholders, defining and working to project timescales.
- Direct line and matrix management of Planners, Enforcement and Monitoring, Planning Technicians.
- Responsible for the management of short and medium term programme of projects across their service areas.
- Supervise, organise and motivate staff to assist colleagues on planning issues.
- Assist in mentoring those staff working in new areas of planning.
- Prepare complex reports / documentation under the direction of line management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £400.00-£500.00 per day

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Town Planning: 1 year (preferred)
