**Apprentice Accounts Assistant**

About Us

Bristol Honda is a member of the HSH Motor Group who are a trusted, family owned, independent Honda franchise dealer group who, for the past 18 years, have delivered a comprehensive and market leading customer experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Accounts Clerk to join our Accounts team who administer the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger function for the HSH Group.

Role Summary:
As an Apprentice Accounts Clerk you will work closely with other members of the Accounts team to train in the Accounts function, you will also be given the opportunity to obtain professional qualifications through an Apprentice training programme where you will attend college and study for examinations on a day release basis.
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Using the Power computerised system
- Credit Control
- Reconciling Bank Statements
- Posting cash, cheques and credit cards
- Petty cash control
- Setting up payments onto the banking system

**Requirements**:

- Excellent computer and keyboard skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Adhoc tasks
- A Full Driving Licence is preferred but not essential

The package:
