**The role

**As a Reliability Engineer in the Shared Service Global team, you will play a critical role by being part of a team dedicated to scaling our automation / integration across all regions by creating maturing Logicalis global solutions.

**Your core objective is:

**• Provide support for automation and integration demands, assisting Logicalis regions.

• Engage in incident response related to reliability in the GSS.

• Proactively work with existing tools in Shared Services.

• Focus on serving time zones including Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

• Optimize monitoring and automation of internal tools used.

• Troubleshoot network elements related to observability and automation architecture.

• Proactively identify gaps and act as a problem solver.

• Help to develop automation tools to efficiently deploy, scale, oversee, and manage systems and services.

• Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.

• Interact with other teams to provide expertise on scalability, reliability, and security.

• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and conduct post-mortem analyses.

• Implement and oversee security controls and compliance measures.

• Collaborate with development teams to enhance service reliability and feature sets.

• Continuously analyses and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.

• Manage and control the continuous release promotion cycle (including the deployment of new product features and system tests).

• Implement API integrations.

• Utilize Boomi for seamless integration processes across various platforms and services.

• Assist countries in supporting global elements associated with the DFP, following guidelines established by the Global Centre of Excellence.
