Our client has positioned themselves as one of the UK’s leading manufacturing and distribution businesses in their sector supplying a specialist range of products to a loyal and established customer base. They have created an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join the business, working in a fast paced and high growth environment.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be primarily managing and developing a team of Regional Account Managers, Internal Sales Representatives and Business Development Executives, creating a sales plan to drive the business forward. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing existing client relationships and delivering revenue and margin growth
- Motivating the internal and business development team in converting leads into sales
- Leading daily sales team meetings
- Reviewing and driving accountability for KPIs whilst training and upskilling the team
- Developing the CRM system and understanding customer trends

As a committed team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, you must be able to demonstrate you are a skilled people manager, having managed and developed a sales team before and are a natural communicator. With a growth mindset you will be a natural motivator and leader, having previously held a similar sales role and successfully met and exceeded targets.
