**PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST** required for very successful **Estate Agency **sales office in **Moseley**.

We are looking for a **motivated **and **hard-working** individual to join the team at our very busy Moseley branch to deal with the day-to-day administration of the sales office.

**Ability to work in a fast paced environment, Excellent computer skills**, **time management, excellent telephone manner and attention to detail** are essential. Your duties will include editing photographs, creating floorplans, ID checks, ensuring compliance, making sales brochures, answering the telephone, updating files and liaising with clients.

Previous experience within the **Estate Agency** industry, **knowledge **of **Lightrooms **and **Metropix** would be advantageous **but not essential** as training will be given.

Hours will be part time - Monday to Friday - 9.00am til 2.00pm, although we could offer a degree of flexibility around these hours.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
