Construction Laborer

Job Description: Construction Laborer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform general labor tasks, such as lifting and carrying materials, digging trenches, and operating hand tools
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks
- Assist with the installation of construction components, such as scaffolding, concrete forms, and temporary structures
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Crosby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
