**_Finishing Foreman - The Role:_**

The client is a busy main contractor and growing so there may be future schemes to go to, and this role is ongoing.

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Being a leading figure on site, responsible for the welfare and work quality of particular trades.
- Coordinating sub-contractors and labour force activity.
- Ensuring that site is adequately secured at all times and that safe working conditions are maintained.
- Helping conduct Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Site Inductions and Toolbox Talks.
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager and liaising with sub-contractors.
- Working in line with all NHBC regulations, building standards and codes of practice.
