Cargo Administrator

Formula 1 offers a huge variety of roles off the track. Without the right people with the right skills, the cars would never get off the grid. This approach invites people to come and drive Formula 1 forward, whatever their skills, building on the idea that it isn’t all high octane and the machine needs all the parts to function together to be successful. We are recruiting a Cargo Administrator, the responsibilities are as follows
- Assist department team with preparation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of department projects and associated paperwork, e.g., F1 Team & Supplier import & export paperwork, travel plans, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, accounting, filing, reformatting spreadsheets for distribution to external parties and more as required.- Co-ordinate & administer planning of moving department personnel and equipment to / from events.-
- Assist in coordination of processing of company forms for department staff.- Maintain and update various databases & spreadsheets.- Co-ordinate & administer time & attendance for department staff on company system.- Always operate safely in line with Company health & safety requirements- Undertake other duties within your capabilities as your managers may assign to you from time to time.

Knowledge & skills required- Excellent administration skills- High level of attention to detail- Good communication skills- Proven organisation skills- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines (at times, on own)- Proficient in MS Office

Personal Qualities- Ability to work under pressure & also in periods of downtime- Ability to work unsupervised & as part of a team- Ability to work flexible hours - including weekends & evenings

Other- Worldwide travel for extended periods (at times, on own)- Clean DBS due to aviation regulations is essential- Physically fit- Driving licence required, with International overseas driving- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19- Non Smoker
