**Site Administrator**
**Location - Faversham, Kent (site based)**

**Salary: £35,000 - £55,000**

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing business as they support their parent Renewable Energy Fund Manager. The role is Client side and provides administrative services to the project delivery team at site.
This job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs of the Company.

**Purpose of the Role/Role Overview**:
As a Project Administrator at Cleve, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day needs of the project team. This will include:
**In addition, your primary responsibilities are as follows**:

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to project team and Senior Management

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT Skills, experienced inn Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- CAD Experience would be advantageous
- Interpersonal skills and a team player
- Problem Solving
- Project Management
- Adaptability with the ability to think outside of the box

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
