Caretaker/cleaner

**Role**
- General cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins and other associated cleaning tasks. To ensure all common areas are kept clean and tidy, this includes toilets, canteens, receptions area and car park.
- Maintain a high level of cleaning standards.
- Stock control of all cleaning products
- Report any maintenance issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Assist with any minor maintenance duties when required.
- Assist with Garden maintenance such as grass cutting, de-weeding, litter picking etc.

**Pay Rate and Schedule**
- £10.42 per hour
- 16 to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday **(Can rise to 30 hours per week in summertime, so flexibility is a must)**

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
