Head Bartender

Experienced Head Bartender/Bar Manager required to help run a busy bar in Shenfield.

Duties include customer service, staff training, input into cocktail list and training, opening and closing the bar, liaising with management and door supervisors, cashing up, stock ordering for the bar and restaurant.

Hours will mostly be evenings, usually from 3pm until midnight. Weekends will be required.

Share of bar tips, evening meal, weekly pay, 5 day working week, usually Tuesday to Saturday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

- Brentwood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
