We have a really exciting opportunity for a reception role for a large established media company in the heart of Soho. This creative, trendy media company is one of the leading end-to-end global creative production and sourcing partners for brands and agencies.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the creative industry.

Role Responsibilities
- The receptionist will provide administrative support across a number of key areas within the London office.
- Meet and Greet guests as they arrive in the office.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary including marketing materials and refreshments.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Ensure that office security protocol Is followed including safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order supplies for the office including stationary, refreshments and snacks for clients and teams.
- Provide support to facilities teams with regards to larger company events happening on site.
- Assist teams with travel bookings.
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform additional clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.

Role Requirements
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multi - task and manage time efficiently.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Training will also be provided for those not familiar with all programmes.
- Great customer focused attitude.
- English and Maths GCSE Level or equivalent.
