If you have a passion for Outdoor Activities, and are keen to experience life working at a busy co-education boarding school then becoming an Outdoor Activities Graduate Assistant within the Outdoor Activity Department at Marlborough College could be for you. We offer our students opportunities for Climbing, Kayaking/Canoeing, Mountain Biking, Mountaineering and Mountain Walking as well as the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award and the Devizes to Westminster Kayak Race.

We are looking for someone who has basic qualifications in any of the following disciplines: Climbing (RCI or CWA), Kayaking/Canoeing (Level 1 Coach), and Mountain Walking (Summer Mountain Leader).

As an Outdoor Activities Graduate Assistant, you will help assist the department through:

- Assistance with the preparation and running of activities offered by the Department
- Management of the OA stores which is an important element of their role. This equipment needs to be in good condition to make the activities run safely, therefore, this aspect requires attention to detail.
- When duties in the OA dept make it appropriate, to assist with CCF stores at peak times such as before and after field days

Throughout the period of employment an effort will be made to give the Graduate Assistant as much experience of working with groups as possible.
