We are seeking an experienced Crank Grinder to join our team in Barton Under Needwood to maintain, repair, and overhaul parts on existing trains.

Role: Crank Grinder

**Salary**: £Competitive

Location: Barton Under Needwood,

Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00am to 17.00pm, and 7am to 1.00pm Fridays, 44 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Requirements?
- Operating universal CNC grinding machines as well as universal manual machines
- Able to grind complex parts to tight tolerances using mircometres
- Can interpret engineering drawings and follow the process layout and documentation procedures
- Can work effectively in a lean environment

What do we want to know about you?
- Recognised engineering qualification required.
- Good understanding or mathematics
- Minimum 1-year experience in relevant rail or automotive industry
- Be practical mechanically oriented.
