Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team. you will check guest in and out of the hotel, do guest bills and answer the switchboard. this role will include all the standard hotel receptionists duties.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts

**Skills**:

- Experience in the hospitality industry is required as a hotel receptionist
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
