- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages tailored to customer preferences
- Develop innovative and visually captivating drink recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Proficient in mixology techniques, drink recipes, and cocktail presentation
- Excellent time management skills, especially during peak hours
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail
- Basic math skills for precise ingredient measurements and cash handling
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 21 years old

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.67-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
