**Salary - £25,346.88 PLUS £45 per sleep in**

The two facilities are known for providing outstanding care to their residents. Wolf Healthcare’s client have a unique approach where mínimal personal care is required, focusing mainly on verbal prompting and little challenging behaviour. As Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential home. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading a team of dedicated caregivers, managing schedule and assignments, and aiding residents as needed.

**Team Coordinator requirements**:

- An NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a care/support setting
- Good IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,346.88 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leominster, Herefordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- care/support: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care or Equivalent (required)
