Printers Assistant

**Job Title: Junior Large Format Print Operator**

**Location: Manchester**

**Salary: Up to £22,000**

**Hours: 2 Shift Patter (6-2 & 2-10)**

A well established and leading producer of large format digital print services to the retail, exhibition and creative sectors is currently looking to recruit 2 junior print operators to join their production team.

You will be responsible for producing high quality large format digital prints using a variety of machines and substrates. Previous experience is not needed as full training will be given.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and operating a variety of large format digital printers
- Progressing jobs through RIP software (Caldera) and outputting to digital printers
- Quality checking all work ensuring it is output to the highest standard
- Liaising with the finishing department, QC work then pass to them to meet deadlines
- Routine maintenance of machinery

You will have:

- A background in large format would be benefit but not needed.
- Good organisational skills and proven leader
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for working hours, working overtime at short notice if needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
