Hello. We’re RHP. We provide good quality, affordable homes, and excellent landlord services for local people who can’t otherwise afford to live in London. We own and manage around 10,000 homes for social rent and shared ownership, and plan to build many more over the next five years.

**Who we’re looking for**

We’re looking for someone to keep our medium and high-level rent arrears cases under close control by stepping into the ring and staying sharp, interacting with our customers and taking appropriate action where we’re not receiving payments to help sustain their tenancies.

Doing your job brilliantly means working in a highly-organised way with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

You’ll be representing RHP at County Court, so you’ll need to be confident and have experience of working in a debt, sales or income collection role. We aim to always deliver world-class customer service even when having difficult conversations, so your experience in a customer service environment will help keep us focused on delivering better and faster services.
