**About the Role**:
As a **Sales Administrator,** you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our client's bustling dealership and aftercare facility. Working full-time, Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time between 8.30 am or 9 am, and finishing at 5.30 pm, this position offers a healthy work-life balance with no weekend shifts.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be at the heart of the dealership's operations, responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

- Raising sales invoices: Ensuring a seamless and efficient invoicing process.
- Registering warranties and additional policies: Playing a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
- Raising work request orders: Facilitating the smooth execution of services and repairs.
- File auditing: Ensuring adherence to industry standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance is a top priority.
- Daily banking and petty cash: Managing financial transactions with utmost accuracy.
- Ad-hoc duties within the dealership: Embracing flexibility and contributing wherever needed.
- Assisting the service department during busy times: Supporting bookings and telephone handling.
