A unique role for a head commercial property department has recently become available with a respected regional firm in its Liverpool office.

The firm has offices across the country and has built an esteemed reputation in its ability to provide both excellent client service and impressive career opportunities to its employees.

The team are highly collaborative and welcoming with access to high-quality and interesting work. You will manage the operation and development of the commercial property department and monitor the efficiency of professional handling of cases within it. You will report to the executive chairman and work closely with senior executives when leading the department to continue and develop further the team's success.

Responsibilities will include:

- Promoting the vision, priorities and objectives of the Practice
- Day-to-day supervision of dedicated Fee Earners and support staff
- Ensuring the efficient administration and handling of cases by department staff
- Financial management and budgeting to ensure the continued profitability of department to agreed targets
- Create, maintain and enhance productive working relationships with colleagues and relevant external bodies
- Ensure personal and departmental compliance with the Code of Conduct and other relevant external regulations and professional guidelines

This role is perfect for a driven and ambitious individual who is ready to take the next step forward in their career and add significant value to the team and wider firm.

Due to the firm's recent success, this role will help the firm continue to grow, offer an outstanding service to its clients and allow the team to continue to reach its potential.
