- We are London based with an unrivalled reputation in the UK, USA and worldwide. Our operational headquarters are in Mitcham (London) with our showroom in Pimlico (London) and our US bases in West Hollywood and Atlanta._

We are seeking ameticulous administrator to:

- Support all furniture production at Jamb; to provide exemplary administrative and logístical support for sales, production and delivery for all furniture sales, working closely with our Sales Team, ensuring timely and effective processing of orders.
- Provide support to the Managing Director with special orders, including furniture and lighting.
- Support the lighting department with sales and the processing of replacement glass orders for the Jamb lighting collection.

The role will be based primarily at our site workshop office in Mitcham**, with occasional travel to** the Pimlico office where necessary.
- Some knowledge of antiques, art or interiors is preferable.
- Logistics experience is preferable.
- Excellent administration skills, including high levels of organisation, common sense, **a practical approach** and the ability to multi-task.
- A high level of technological literacy, with an ability to navigate **customised** software, alongside broader and more general IT tasks.
- You enjoy working in a team, comfortable working under pressure, and unflappable in the face of unforeseen hurdles.
- Meticulous, personable, patient, and pro active.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
