As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting visually striking designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to invigorate our brand across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to clarify project aims, discuss media, software, and technology requirements, establish project timelines, and define budget constraints.
- Conduct research for projects, reviewing previous related work and comparing costs of different processes.
- Prepare sketches, scale drawings, models, color schemes, and mock-ups to present to clients and incorporate any required alterations.
- Develop specifications and instructions for project realization.
- Coordinate with other members of the production team to ensure graphic design integration with other elements, processes, and timelines.
- Produce or oversee the creation of the final product.
- Conceptualize and create compelling graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Maintain and evolve our brand identity through consistent design elements.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate ideas into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to showcase design concepts.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating creative abilities.
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.

Pay: £31,500.00-£32,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
