Are you ready for a thrilling role in our amazing Italian restaurant? We're looking for dynamic Waiters/Waitresses to add a dash of excitement to our team

**WAITER/WAITRESS ROLE**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary options, to assist guests with informed choices.
- Take precise orders, relay them to the kitchen accurately, and serve dishes promptly, guaranteeing a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, set tables impeccably, and handle payments efficiently, enhancing the overall dining atmosphere.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously, swiftly resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction and return visits.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Provide charismatic, warm and engaging service
- Have a love for food and passionate about delivering a memorable experience for all our guests
- Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
- Have a minimum of 6 month's experience working in a similar, fast-paced environment
