A specialist Lloyd's Market MGA and Syndicate are currently recruiting for a Senior Operations Analyst for the London operation

**Main Purpose of job**:
Responsible for managing operational activities of both the MGA and Syndicate platforms, as directed by the Underwriting Support Manager, contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of the operating model.
Maintaining end-to-end processes for both MGA and Syndicate to ensure they remain efficient, effective and aligned to strategy.
**Key tasks**:
1. Work as part of the Operations function with Syndicate and MGA underwriters to manage day-to-day operational processes.
2. Produce and report KPIs to assist in evaluating processes for effectiveness and cost efficiencies.
3. Develop relationships with brokers and other applicable external parties to support relevant end-to-end processes.
4. Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriters, to ensure the operating model remains effective.
5. Responsible for the management of broker Terms of Business Agreements (TOBA) from both a Syndicate and MGA perspective.
6. Develop, implement, and maintain relevant formal Operational procedures and policies for the MGA and Syndicate.
7. Regular and ad hoc production of external and internal reporting as required, including bureau submissions.
8. Providing further support to the Operations function as and when required.
Key personal skills required:
1. Work as part of the Operations function with Syndicate and MGA underwriters to manage day-to-day operational processes.
2. Produce and report KPIs to assist in evaluating processes for effectiveness and cost efficiencies.
3. Develop relationships with brokers and other applicable external parties to support relevant end-to-end processes.
4. Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriters, to ensure the operating model remains effective.
**Key technical skills, knowledge and professional qualifications required**:
1. Proven experience (ideally a minimum of 3 years) of the operational requirements regarding Delegated Underwriting Authorities/MGAs from client and/or insurance market perspective
2. In-depth understanding of the London Insurance Market from both a Lloyd's and Company Market perspective.
3. Analytical and process management skills.
4. Partly or fully qualified ACII or equivalent experience-based knowledge.
