Are you a talented **Fundraising and Database Executive**, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can support on events and administrative tasks for Community Fundraising team? If so then you could be perfect for my client,a Health Charity based in London.

This is a permanent full-time position and will be hybrid working in the office near Angel Station (N1).

The Role: As the **Fundraising and Database Executive** you will be the first point of contact and engagement for all supporters and members. Tasks include:

- Provide administrative support to the Team.
- Deal with importing key data to the system and ensure all data is logged accurately.
- Monitor income coding and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Assist with collecting and writing materials for events.
- Attend events and assist with activities on the day as directed.
- Deliver high standard of stewardship to supporters.
- Deal with all queries that come into the team inboxes.
- Provide information and advice regarding the programme to colleagues in other teams.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

- Experience using a CRM system and entering data into a system.
- Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Deciding and summarising customer interactions onto the system.
- Broad understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
- Develop positive working relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail and a personable and flexible approach.
