Window Fitter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. The role will involve managing a team to complete the job in the required timeframe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that our windows/ Doors and Roofs are fitted to a high standard.
- Managing a team of workers to get the job completed within the set timeframe.
- Enforce and adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any onsite issues efficiently.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good leadership skills
- Knowledge of carpentry, masonry and roofing techniques
- Ability to fabricate and build structures accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good customer service skills
