With a modest turnover and employing some 75 staff, it is presently delivering quality services to meet the needs of clients at any point in time.

To fulfil all of its potential, this vital non-profit organisation is in need of a new champion to replace the retiring CEO.

A person of vision and empathy, high ethics, and steady hands, as CEO, it is essential you have achieved this in a senior leadership role. You will have proven strategic thinking, negotiation, and planning skills. Personable and confident, ideally mediasavvy, affable, and generally well equipped you will act as 'the face’ of this business.

Astute growth strategies and new sustainable income streams are essential to keep the business firmly on track. Whilst financially sound, and with a great management team and supportive Trustees, a well-considered strategic plan has been mapped. With a giftfor moving easily among all types of people at various socioeconomic levels, we seek your exceptional talents as a networker and influencer. An individual who cares, you will be an assured, good-natured character who is humble, collaborative, not afraid tobe hands-on; and quick to lend a hand when needed.

Responsibilities will include ensuring professional standards, legislative requirements, and business objectives are communicated, understood, and achieved at all times. As a well-rounded business partner, you will bring a full suite of core business managementskills including staff management, financial control, and resource & risk assessment.

Previous experience in managing organisational transformation in response to disruptive changes in the external business environment will be beneficial.
