The Role
- All admin tasks to support the CEO to a high level
- Assisting the CEO on implementing business strategy
- Responsible for the implementation of all admin relating to company HR policies and procedures
- Maintenance of company H&S policies and procedures
**Qualifications**:
- Business related degree desirable
- CIPD qualification desirable
- Intermediate/advanced MS skills
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and use initiative
- Able to build and manage internal and external relationships
- Proactive and agile work ethic
- High level of discretion
Experience
- Supporting at an executive level essential
- Experience of a professional services environment desirable
