**Job Elements**
- To provide fast and efficient repair of both PCB assemblies and production test equipment
- Data collection and analysis of PCB fault
- Responsibility for the testing, analysis and processing of factory returns, and maintenance of associated data systems
- Design and specification of test equipment
- Working with third party supplies to provide test solutions
- Maintenance and upgrade of test equipment
- Training operatives in the correct use of test equipment
- Creating and maintaining test instructions
- Continuous improvement of current test strategies
- Previous experience in a repair technician role within an electronics and electromechanical manufacturing environment.
- Strong team player
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Quality Tools.
- Min: HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- An excellent communicator, well organised, approachable and resilient.
