£34,7175 - £45,134 plus car /car allowance Plus a range of other benefits

**What will I be doing in this role?**

We're looking for an experienced **Supervisor/Auditor** to join the **Street Lighting** team.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Work closely with our main client to ensure deadlines and budgets are not exceeded
- Ensure the client's inventory is accurately updated with the correct installation information
- Manage a team ensuring quality and safety standards are achieved.
- Carry out site audits of completed works and site safety engagements

**What do I need to be successful in the role?**
- Experience with CMS and lighting schemes for local authorities
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to track complex projects ensuring that key metrics are met
- Skilled at setting people to work and performance management of a range of staff
