**Introduction**

An Exams Facilitator plays a crucial role in ensuring that the exam process run smoothly and efficiently.

You are responsible for providing administrative support to our customers, following guidance from our Exams Consultants, and ensuring that the exam environment is conducive to effective examination.

**Responsibilities**

Checking the exams material's: you will need to check the exam materials to ensure that they are complete and ready for distribution. This includes exam papers, answer sheets, pencils, erasers, and any other materials required for the exam.

You will create invigilator Rota's for the school based on the availability.

**During the exam**

**After the exam**

Collecting exam materials: you will collect all the exam materials and ensure that they are securely stored. You will also ensure that the materials are transported to the designated location for grading.

Reporting Issues: if there are any issues or queries regarding the exam process, you should report them immediately.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £125.00 per day

- Monday to Friday
