**The Client**

Our client is a boutique executive search firm that specialises in the finance sector. They have placed 20% of the current FTSE 50 Chairs and have an unrivaled name in the marketplace. They have the same leadership that they began with in 2004. Two of thepartners within the business joined as researchers and have worked their way up the career ladder.

As a graduate joining this business you will be trained by 6 partners who have a wealth of knowledge to share and are experts in their respective specialisms.

- Competitive base salary £25,000-30,000K + bonuses
- An extra month's salary at Christmas
- Bonus in March of 10-90% of your basic salary
