Estates & Facilities Assistant

Priestnall School are looking to appoint a pro-active and dedicated Estates & Facilities Assistant. You will play a key role in ensuring all services run smoothly and efficiently, enabling our teaching staff to focus on delivering an outstanding education for our students.

**Job Purpose**
- To be responsible to the Estates Director for the security of the premises and its contents including the operation of fire and burglar alarms and key holder responsibilities
- To maintain and enhance the high quality of the school, buildings, grounds and environment
- To undertake maintenance / repair work

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent
- Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
- Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role
