Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer - London - NHS. North London base preferred.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our London HVAC team. The salary on offer is from £33,000 - £40,000 per annum. This role comes with company vehicle, fuel card, phone, uniform, comprehensive tool kit. Also offered isexcellent training and development. Plenty of overtime available and call out only if you want it.

You will assume the responsibilities of maintenance, installation and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the healthcare services estate in line with the sites maintenance requirements. This will include fault finding and ensuringsatisfactory fault rectification always maintaining site services levels, carrying out scheduled maintenance on Building Service systems, Maintaining AHU's and FCU's / VRV's and VRF's and complying with all Health and Safety policies, procedures and legislationto ensure statutory and mandatory compliance.

This role will require you to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:

- C&G 6187 - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and NVQ level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
- C&G 2079 - Refrigerant Handling.
- C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
- BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition is Desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a role as a HVAC Engineer, or a refrigeration engineer in a multi-skilled role within a building maintenance environment.???????
