**SALARY**:
Annual: £24,000
**SHIFTS**:
37.5 hours per week. 5 x 8-hour shifts (Mon-Fri): 08:30 until 17:00
**LOCATION**:
Office based in Paisley. (PA1)

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS?**
Success in this role requires a meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to upholding the company's reputation for exceptional service.
- 12 months complaint handler experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-Motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines
