**Garage Manager Required in Weymouth, Dorset**:

- Basic Salary up to £40,000 (Negotiable Dependent on experience)
- Independent Experience
- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday's on a rota
Our Client is an independent garage that has been established for 4 years. They operate to Main Dealer standards, and view themselves as bridging the gap between independent garages & dealerships.
They have a modern workshop with all the latest diagnostics software and repair technology & equipment, with plans of expansion over the next 12 months.
They are seeking a Service Manager, for their busy site based in Weymouth, Dorset.
This is a highly unique position with an opportunity to take full autonomy of a service department and become an integral part to a growing business.
If you’ve got experience as a Service Manager, After Sales Manager, Garage Manager, Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, and are seeking to grow a business, this role is for you

**Duties of a Garage Manager with our Client**:

- Lead the aftersales department in a clear, considered and appropriate manner and build an accountable and progressive business unit.
- Analyse the vast array of data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to change the direction of, or an operation within, your department, for the benefit of delivering an outstanding result.
- Ensure all employees are set clear objectives.
- Encourage the effective and accurate usage, and compliance with, all systems and processes.
- Ensure that all reporting information is compiled in an accurate and timely manner.
- Encourage and maintain a culture of customer service excellence.
- Implement proven processes to improve bottom line profit.
