For full details about this varied and rewarding role, please see attached job description, but some of the responsibilities include To compile and update the Discharge tracker throughout the day liaising with all multi-disciplinary teams, to ensure all information within the report is accurate. Liaise with all wards to ensure Medically Optimised forms are compiled in a timely way by providing advice and support to staff on the correct process following the guidance in the Community Care Delayed Discharge Act. To undertake the full range of clerical and administrative duties which include dealing with the public via the telephone to provide support and advice, dealing with staff from multi agencies to ensure information is shared appropriately with the Information Governance policy. To have a comprehensive range of typing and keyboard skills including Microsoft Office To answer internal telephone enquiries, in a courteous and helpful manner, seeking clarification where appropriate.
