**We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Engineering, Service Engineering & Product Improvement student to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business Segment in Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential**:
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Customer Engineering acts as a technical liaison to our customers, providing primary support and product information and integration.
- Service Engineering engages and provides support to customers facing technical issues in the field.
- Product Improvement Engineering provides engineering support to manufacturing facilities from build to end of life, involving technical issue resolution and development of new parts to meet our customers' needs.
- Undertaking of key engineering projects for internal and external stakeholders.
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

**Qualifications**

**T** **o be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Currently studying a STEM degree.
- Basic use and understanding of 3D Modelling, drafting and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.
- Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward and consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
