Concierge

Lochgreen House Hotel and Spa is looking to recruit a Concierge to work as part of our Concierge team. Here is a bit more detail about what you can expect to be doing in the role;
- You’ll take huge pride in ensuring every guest is welcomed warmly; based at our Front Door.
- You’ll have responsibility of ensuring safe loading and unloading of all our guest luggage from their vehicles.
- Engaging with a full knowledge of the offerings and facilities available at Lochgreen House Hotel ; demonstrating a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures and service standards and the Local Area.
- Showing empathy and respect for all of your team members, ensuring an effective and efficient handover of outstanding business to the next team.
- Working flexibly during the week and weekends
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us special.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
