Gardener/handyman/woman

Park Blue Homes are looking for a full time handyman/gardener to regularly maintain their childrens homes in Swindon, Chippenham and Brinkworth. The position will involve maintaining the gardens at 5 care homes during the summer months. During the Winter the work will be more handyman/maintenance and will involve painting and decorating, fixing issues within the homes, some fencing etc. The applicant must be able to work alongside the current handyman taking directions from him and be prepared to be proactive, forward thinking and work at a quick and efficient speed.

Duties will include various maintenance jobs such as painting, mending wall holes, changing locks, flooring, tiling, laying vinyl as well as outdoor maintenance such as fencing, building sheds and general gardening work within the summer months. The gardening work includes cutting grass, weeding, pruning, growing plants and vegetables.

Experience with gardening is essential as well as handyman experience.

**Salary**: £26,208 per annum with 28 days holiday per year.
