**Responsibilities Include**:

- Deliver climbing sessions to a range of centre users
- Work regular desk shifts, to act as the main point of contact for customers
- Operate the till systems and customer database
- Improve efficiently by implementing new ideas and systems
- Check in customers and identify customer needs
- Create and post social media content
- Communicate regularly with the management team
- Work towards our company mission and act according to company values.
- Be involved in the shaping the culture of Durham Climbing
- Provide feedback and discipline to front desk and youth programming staff to ensure that we are creating the best environment possible for members and guests.
- Perform duties in an efficient and positive manner a with the goal of providing customers with an excellent experience.
- Qualifications and Skills:_
- Excellent customer service skills
- Indoor climbing gym work experience
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Attention to detail
- Ability to delegate tasks and manage a team
- Proficient in Rock Gym Pro

**Desirable skills**
- Previous experience working with children
- Climbing qualifications or experience
- First Aid at Work
- DBS Check
- Food Hygiene
- Experience of working in similar climbing wall or leisure setting

**Salary**: £19,616.55-£30,710.50 per year
