Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Conference set ups and clean down.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.90 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
