LCON091**We are recruiting for a Head of Live Events Production**
We are looking for someone to lead our brilliant Technical and Live Event Production Team in the delivery of our programme of live events, ranging from conservatoire productions and performances, to productions for our external partners and clients.
Ideally, you’ll have management experience within a music, theatre or arts venue. You’ll relish the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, and to lead a team to coordinate and produce an exciting schedule of events that support and promote our students, engage the public and enhance the reputation of the conservatoire.
We are also excited to share that the conservatoire has partnered with University Centre Leeds to develop new foundation degrees in Production Arts. As part of the programme, students will undertake placements on the conservatoire programme of activities and events. The Head of Live Events Production will be instrumental in embedding these programmes and their students within the wider production team - identifying opportunities for students to develop their skills and for existing programme teams to take on coaching and mentoring roles in support.
The working pattern for this role may vary depending on production schedules and would be suitable for hybrid working.

Leeds Conservatoire is a specialist conservatoire in the UK, delivering expert music and performing arts education to a community of over 1400 students. Our broad offering spans undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses and Leeds Junior Conservatoire for young musicians and performers. We host an eclectic, year-round programme of performances and masterclasses, as well as larger scale conferences and events.
We are based at Quarry Hill, which is in the heart of Leeds cultural quarter.
