The Recruitment Group is looking for Perm Production Operators for our client in Loughborough. You will be undertaking pharmaceutical production line operator duties as a Production Operator. If you are interested in the Production Operator role then please read below.

**Salary**:

- £29,210.00 per annum

**Shifts**:

- 12 hour shifts which are 06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15, nights and days

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
To undertake pharmaceutical production line operator duties, working safely and in line with the highest standards of current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and to meet agreed production schedules.

**Production**
- Operate machinery to specification and meet daily job requirements in order to achieve scheduled production targets
- Complete relevant documentation
- Evaluate any breakdowns/stoppages and escalate accordingly

**Safety**
- Work safely in line with behavioural safety principles
- Compliance with RPE and PPE requirements (including maintenance of personal RPE log)
- Keep workstations and areas clean and tidy
- Spot potential hazards and report them promptly
- Complete all mandatory safety training

**About you**:

- Be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- A keen eye for detail
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- GCSE - 3 A-C (or equivalent including English / Maths)
