All staff are committed to ensuring every child is safe and has access to the highest quality learning opportunities and achieves the best they can in every class. We also have an effective pastoral system which supports pupils and families, promotes and maintains excellent behaviour and addresses barriers to learning quickly and effectively.
Our school was inspected by Ofsted in September 2021 and continues to be good.
The Governors are seeking to appoint someone who:

- has a minimum of a HLTA qualification, or above
- has recent experience of covering whole classes across both Key Stages (1 and 2) and Early Years
- demonstrates outstanding practice and works well within a team
- promotes outstanding behaviour for learning
- demonstrates excellent behaviour management strategies and outstanding pastoral care
- uses a wide range of creative approaches to the deliver the curriculum
- is able to enrich the life of the school

- is highly motivated, with energy and enthusiasm
- demonstrates high expectations for all pupils, including key groups such as Pupil Premium and SEND
- is an excellent communicator

We can offer you:

- a highly committed, caring, enthusiastic and professional staff
- children who are well-behaved, friendly and happy
- positive and supportive relationships with parents and the local community
- an effective and committed Governing Body
