Role Summary: As a Product Advisor at Wunda, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our customers make informed decisions about our cutting-edge heating systems. You’ll be the bridge between our exceptional products and our valued clients, ensuring they experience the ultimate comfort and energy savings.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Consultation**: Engage with customers to understand their heating needs and recommend the most suitable Wunda solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Quickly learn and master the details of our underfloor heating systems, including our smart controls.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and installation requirements.
- **On-Site Training**: Benefit from comprehensive on-site product knowledge training, which is designed to be straightforward and accessible.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver outstanding service.
- **Deadline Management**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **High Attention to Detail**: You notice the little things that matter and take pride in delivering accurate information.
- **Pressure Handling**: You remain calm under pressure, even during peak demand periods.
- **Quick Learner**: Ability to grasp technical product details swiftly.
- **Microsoft Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Pay:

- **Basic Salary**: £25,000 per annum.
- **Commission Structure**: Enjoy a very generous commission structure with an uncapped OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £40,000+.
